CANCELLATION POLICY

You’ll receive a confirmation reminder 72 hours before your appointment. Please confirm within 24 hours of receiving the reminder to keep your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service and it may be considered a no-show.
